Archive Highlight – Personalized Oral Soft Tissue Engineering Through the Integration of AI and 3D Bioprinting
In this CELLINK-hosted webinar, Dr. Gopu Sriram from the National University of Singapore (NUS) presented his lab’s pioneering work on the integration of 3D bioprinting and artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of regenerative medicine.
By utilizing CELLINK’s BIO X 3D bioprinter and AI-optimized parameters, his team successfully achieved the biofabrication of personalized tissue grafts to treat mucogingival defects.
Webinar Highlights
The webinar covered several key insights, including:
- How combining AI with 3D bioprinting can accelerate experimental outcomes
- Applications of 3D bioprinting in regenerative medicine, such as customized gingival grafts
-
A workflow that integrates AI-optimized parameters with 3D bioprinting, as featured in the recent publication:
“3D Bioprinting and Artificial Intelligence-Assisted Biofabrication of Personalized Oral Soft Tissue Constructs”
