• Presentation Format: All accepted general abstracts will be presented orally
• Presentation Time: 10 minutes, including seven minutes for presentation and three minutes for questions
• Presenter Eligibility: The presenting first author must be a full member of the Association at the time of presentation
• English Information: English entries are required for the presentation title, presenting author’s name, and institutional affiliation
• Conflict of Interest: COI information must be disclosed on the second presentation slide

JACLaS Awards

The JACLaS Awards support research activities conducted by students studying clinical laboratory science. JACLaS Award I is intended for vocational-school, junior-college, and undergraduate students, while JACLaS Award II is intended for graduate students. Applications for the 2026 awards have closed.

Overview

The meeting will address analytical science, standardization, measurement reliability, and quality management, which support the accuracy and reliability of laboratory data. It will also explore molecular diagnostics, proteomics, point-of-care testing, information systems, automation, artificial intelligence, and medical digital transformation. Through scientific presentations and the concurrent industry exhibition, the meeting aims to promote the implementation of research findings and emerging technologies in clinical laboratories and healthcare settings while strengthening collaboration among healthcare professionals, researchers, and industry.
